Shay is the Owner/Premier Stylist of Deja'Vu Salon on Carmel and is a native of Charlotte, NC the "Queen City", that has been a licensed professional cosmetologist for over 20 years. She attended Johnson Smith University for some years studying Political Science, but chose another path that she was being called to, and that was to attend SouthEastern Beauty College. It has been her dream, vision and desire of her heart to have a salon that offers excellence in service, utilizing high quality products to promote healthy hair, in a relaxing atmosphere. Shay has always enjoyed using her God-given talents to enhance women who are already beautifully and wonderfully made.
