Hair Growth Tips For Alll Hair Types

* A balanced diet...proper nutrition...lots of water intake

* Keep hair in protective styles often(crochets, buns, ponytails, braids, braid -out, twist-out)...this will keep hair from excessive heat damage from blow dyers & flat irons. Keep oil on the scalp...this way the hair is left alone & able to grow.

 *Take supplemental vitamins...(zinc, biotin, flaxseed oil)*Shampoo hair at least every 3 to 4 weeks...keeping a clean healthy scalp & hair is imperative to hair growth.

These are trying times for everyone now and adjustments have to be made, so having your hair styled and looking like the professionals do it is unreasonable now…. just keep your hair moisturized and use protective styling until things resume back to normal. Please do not use permanent dyes or use box relaxers …you will do more damage than good. Be patient and focus more on staying healthy.

Peace & Blessings!
